Our Phone Banking Service provides you with easy and secure access to your accounts anytime and anywhere.

Services provided through our Phone Banking Service include:
  • Inquiries about your account balance
  • Inquiries about the last ten transactions on your account
  • Instant bill payment service
  • Ordering a checkbook
  • Inquiries about fixed deposits
  • Transferring funds between your accounts
  • Transferring funds from your account to any other Cairo Amman Bank account in Jordan
  • Credit card services (card information, card transactions, and card installments payment)
  • Stopping any of your cards
  • Recharging your Prepaid Card
Note: You will need a special password for transferring funds to the accounts of other Cairo Amman Bank customers

Mechanism of Registration:
  • Contact our customer care center on 06-5007700
  • Press (1) to subscribe to all Phone Banking Services, or (2) to subscribe to the Phone Banking Services excluding Funds Transfer Service to another customer.
  • Visit our official website, and go through the special terms for subscription to the Phone Banking Service. If you accept the terms and conditions, press (1) to continue, or (2) for cancellation.
  • Insert your card number which consists of 14 digits.
  • Insert the pin code which consists of four digits.
  • A message will be sent to the mobile number registered on the system, and it includes a user number and your pin code. In case you want to continue, press (1) and your request will be sent successfully, or (2) to insert a new mobile number which consists of (10) digits then press # when you finish. To continue this process, press (1) and your request will be sent successfully.
