The customer does not have any account with operating banks and wants to conduct banking transactions
The account balance does not exceed 700 JOD

A valid, certified personal identification document, or a passport for non-Jordanians.
Proof of the customer’s residence address (lease contract, title deed).
Documentation proving the nature of the customer’s activity (salary certificate, registration certificate, professional license, union membership).
