Access Consent:
In reference to our request for obtaining credit facilities/increasing our credit amount/scheduling obligations, and after having been informed of the meaning of “credit information” and “access consent” as defined in Article Two of the Credit Information Law (provided below), I hereby authorize you to access the credit information specified in Article Two of the Credit Information Law held by Crif Company or any other entity licensed to operate as a credit information company, and to exchange it with them. This consent to access the credit report covers all scenarios outlined in the Credit Information Law, whether it involves increasing the credit amount, renewing it, scheduling it, modifying the terms and conditions of the credit contract, or inquiring about the reasons for non-payment or delayed repayment of the granted credit amounts, while reserving our right to access, object to, and correct the credit report. We further authorize you to record any expenses or fees on any of our accounts with you.

Credit Information
Data related to the customer’s credit status, identity, and, if applicable, their commercial record over a specified period, including the credit facilities granted to them, the installment sales concluded with them, the due dates for each, the terms, conditions, and guarantees associated with them, the payment mechanisms, and the extent of their commitment thereto.

Access Consent:
This represents the customer’s approval, which permits the credit provider to access and exchange the customer’s credit information held by the company in accordance with the provisions of the law.
